-2 tablespoons minced. Peeled fresh ginger
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-3 tablespoons Asian sesame oil
-2 tablespoons soy sauce
-2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
-1 ½ tablespoons sugar

Start out with a NEW, CLEAN, UNUSED trash can.  This may seem like common sense, but it has to be said.  Someone out there is going to use a dirty can and catch some horrific disease.  You know THAT guy.  You probably work with him.

A ten gallon can will suffice.  I used a 20 gallon can because it looked better for this article.

Ingredients:

-2 tbs. finely chopped shallots
-1 & 1/2 tbs. balsamic vinegar
-3 blood oranges (may substitute regular oranges)
-3 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
-1/4 tsp. salt
-freshly ground pepper to taste
-1 five ounce bag (about 3 cups) arugula or baby spinach
-4 tbs. pine nuts
-4 ounces gorgonzola or blue cheese
