-1 cube sugar -3 dashes bitters -3 tbsp. Irish whiskey -6 ounces chilled sparkling wine or Champagne -1lime
Drop sugar cube in the bottom of a Champagne flute or wine glass. Add bitters, then Irish whiskey. Pour in sparkling wine. Twist of lime, then garnish with lime.
