-1 ounce Midori Melon Liqueur -3 to 4 ounces chilled sparkling wine or Champagne -1/2 cup sugar -2 drops green food coloring -1 lime
Add food coloring to sugar. Rub rim of champagne flute or wine glass with lime juice. Dip glass rim in green sugar. Pour Midori in glass, careful to stay away from your green sugar rim. Pour sparkling wine in glass. Add twist of lime, then decorate glass rim with lime. Enjoy.
