(Courtesy of Southpaw Catering) **Pairs well with Tanis Vineyards "My Sweet Baby" Late Harvest Syrah Ingredients:- Chicken Wings
- 6Tbs lime juice?-1/4 cup citrus juice?-1/4 cup packed brown sugar?
- 1/4 cup Thai fish sauce?
- 1/4 cup olive oil?
- 1Tbs Asian chile sauce?
- 2Tbs minced ginger?
- 6 cloves minced garlic?
- 1/4 cup minced green onions?
- 1/4 cup minced mint leaves?
- 1/4 cup minced basil leaves?
- 1/4 cup minced cilantro sprigs
Directions: - Rinse chicken, dry and place in large zip lock bag.
- Combine all ingredients for sauce.
- Add 2/3 of sauce to bag of chicken.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Pre-heat grill to 350 degrees.
- Grill chicken, skin side down for about 10 minutes on indirect heat.
- Turn chicken and grill about 15 minutes on direct heat.
- Take the remaining 1/3 of sauce and brush on chicken often during grilling.
- Serve and drink with “My Sweet Baby.”
